Who is Stew Cliburn?

Stewart "Stu" Walker Cliburn is a retired professional baseball player who played four seasons for the California Angels of Major League Baseball. He pitched in college for Delta State University.

Cliburn, after three years as the pitching coach of the Minnesota Twins' Triple-A Affiliate Rochester Red Wings, returned to their double-A affiliate New Britain Rock Cats to aide the development of younger pitchers. He is the twin brother of former Major League catcher Stan Cliburn who was also a coach in the Twins' organization.
