Tamsyn Carolyn Manou is an Australian athlete and middle-distance runner, who has won a total of seventeen Australian Championships at 400 metres, 800 metres and 400m hurdles.
An Australian international representative since 1994, Manou won the World Indoor Championship at 800 metres in March 2008.
