Who is Ted Deutch?
Theodore E. "Ted" Deutch is the U.S. Representative for Florida's 21st congressional district. He first won election to Congress during a special election in April 2010 in Florida's 19th district. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He previously served in the Florida Senate. In 2012, due to redistricting, he ran for and won re-election in Florida's 21st district.
