Who is Theodor Ruthardt?
Deutscher Kunsthändler, Antiquar und Verleger. Gemeinsam mit Hermann Amsler gründete der gebürtige Breslauer am 1.11.1860 in Berlin (Behrenstrasse 29a) die Kunsthandlung Amsler und Ruthardt. Diese ging 1877 durch Verkauf in den Besitz der aus Heidelberg stammenden Brüder Louis Gerhard und Albert Meder (gest. 16. 8. 1899) über. QUELLE: Rudolf Schmidt: Deutsche Buchhändler.
