Who is Yu Zhengsheng?
Yu Zhengsheng is the current Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee. He was the CPC party chief, i.e. first-in-charge, in Shanghai. Formerly the party secretary in Hubei, Yu is also concurrently a member of the CPC Central Politburo since November 2002, and he was also elected to a 4th ranked member of the 18th CPC Politburo Standing Committee in November 2012.
