Who was Alfred Moffatt?

Alfred Augustine Moffatt was an Australian sportsman and later civil servant. He played first-class cricket for Western Australia, and Australian rules football for the West Perth Football Club in the West Australian Football Association. He later served as president of the West Australian Football League and chairman of the Australian Football Council.
