Who was Alfred Rosé?

Alfred Eduard Emmerich Rosé was an Austrian composer and conductor.

He was the elder brother of Alma Rosé, son of Arnold Rosé, and the nephew of Gustav Mahler. He studied in Vienna under Richard Robert.
