Amber Evans is an actress and the twin sister of actress Ruby Evans. Twins Amber Evans and Ruby Evans are the actresses who played Flora and Hestia Carrow in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. They were shown in the credits as Twin Girl #1 and Twin Girl #2. They have been previously cast as Gemini 1 and Gemini 2' in the 2007 video Signs of Life.
