Who is Andrew Louw?
Andrew Louw is a South African politician, and the provincial leader of the opposition Democratic Alliance in the Northern Cape and a member of the Provincial legislature. He is the former Shadow Minister of Labour, and a Member of Parliament for the DA. He moved to the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature in 2010 following his election as DA leader in the province. He was re-elected to the post in 2012, and has outlined his vision to win the province from the ANC in 2014.
