Barbara Ernst Prey is an American artist who specializes in the art of watercolor. In 2008 Prey was appointed to the National Council on the Arts, the advisory body of the National Endowment for the Arts. She currently works and lives in Long Island New York, Maine and Williamstown Massachusetts.
