Brendan Flood is an English businessman and entrepreneur.

Through his family trust he is one of the owners of Burnley Football Club http://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/page/Home/ and co-founder of Orlando City Soccer Club.http://www.orlandocitysoccer.com

He is the founder UCFB Burnley and UCFB Wembley which offers degree coursesand executive education in the Football business and Sports Industries. http://www.ucfb.com

He was Managing Director of Modus Properties based in Manchester, England. Modus specialised in property investment and shopping mall development. They were recognized as leaders in the field of urban regeneration. The development arm of Modus was a victim of the global economic downturn and banking crisis of 2008. The investment arm of Modus was rebranded as Spectrum Investment Management http://www.spectruminvestmentmanagement.co.uk . The former development team of Modus have reformed as Red Partnerships http://www.red-partnerships.co.uk and undertakes development schemes throughout the UK.

Flood also co-founded Modus Private Equity, now Mosaic http://www.mosaicpe.com.

Prior to Modus, Flood had career in banking with Barclays PLC.

Flood joined the Board of Burnley F.C. in 2006 and has used his success in business to help grow Burnley into a progressive sports organization which is operating at a very profitable. His investment, vision and leadership led to Burnley being promoted to the Premiership in 2009. The team is currently challenging to position itself back into the Premier League.
