Who is Brian Haynes?

Brian Haynes was a British sprint canoer who competed in the mid-1970s. He was eliminated in the semifinals of the K-4 1000 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. He broke the British record over 1000m in the semi-final but it has now been beaten many times because of advances in equipment and training technology.
