Who is Cindy Forster?
Cindy Forster is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2011 election. She represents the electoral district of Welland as a member of the Ontario New Democratic Party caucus.
Forster, 58, previously served as mayor of Welland from 2000 to 2003, and later represented the city on Niagara Regional Council. She was succeeded on Niagara Regional Council by Peter Kormos, her predecessor as Welland's MPP.
