Who is David E. Cane?
David E. Cane is an American biological chemist. He is Vernon K. Krieble Professor of Chemistry and Professor of Biochemistry at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He is recognized for his work on the biosynthesis of natural products, particularly terpenoids and polyketides. He was elected as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2003 and as a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2013.
