Who is Donald Lally?
Donald J. Lally, Jr is an American attorney and Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing the 48th District from 1989 to 2002 and the 33rd district since 2003 that includes parts of Pawtucket, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and South Kingstown. Since 2010 Lally has served as House Deputy Majority Whip.
