Who is Doug Chapman?
Doug Chapman is a former running back in the National Football League who was drafted in the 3rd round in 2000 by the Minnesota Vikings, where he played from 2000 to 2003. He signed with the San Diego Chargers in 2004, and retired in 2005 after a back injury.
Chapman was a color commentator for the ESPN network and CBS Sports Network from 2008 to 2012. He attended Marshall University.
Chapman is currently a college football analyst for Campus Insiders and has joined the Big Ten Network for the 2013 season as a guest analyst on "Big Ten Football & Beyond", making his debut on September 3, 2013.
