Dowlyn Daly is an association footballer from the British Virgin Islands. Daly plays as a goalkeeper and has won four caps for the British Virgin Islands national football team. As such, Daly played in his country's biggest ever defeat, the 17-0 loss to the Dominican Republic on 14 October 2010. He saved a penalty in the 2-1 loss to US Virgin Islands.
