Fedor Fedorovich Levisa was a Russian lieutenant general of the Napoleonic Wars. His family had originally had the surname Lewis before migrating from Scotland to the Baltic in 1630 - by the time of Fedor's birth, it had become a noble family and settled in Livonia.
