Who is Fortunato Teho?
Fortunato Teho was a well-known horticultural writer, broadcaster, educator and publicist in Hawaii from the late 1940s to the mid-1980s. Teho was the first Filipino to graduate from the University of Hawaii; and he was the first Filipino in Hawaii to become a naturalized American citizen.
