Francis Kimemia in Sabugo location of Ol Kalou Constituency, Nyandarua County. is a Kenyan politician, the current Head of Civil Service and Secretary to the Cabinet of Kenya. He took over from Francis Muthaura in 2012.
He previously served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security of Kenya. Kimemia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
