Who was Frank Carroll?
Peter Francis "Frank" Carroll was a former Canadian ice hockey player and coach. Carroll was head coach of the Toronto St. Pats for one season, 1920–21. He won the Stanley Cup with brother Dick in 1914 and 1918 serving as the trainer. Carroll died in an apparent suicide by drowning near Scarborough, Ontario in 1938.
