Who is Frank Foster?

Frank Foster is a Republican politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. He is a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 107th District which covers Chippewa, Emmet and Mackinac counties, as well as portions of Cheboygan County, Michigan. Foster was elected in 2010 and reelected in 2012 and is serving his second term as a member of the Michigan Legislature.
