Who was Frank Little?
Sir Thomas Francis "Frank" Little KBE was the sixth Roman Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne. He was appointed by Pope Paul VI on 1 July 1974 and retired in 1996; succeeded by George Pell. On retirement he was styled Archbishop Emeritus in the Archdiocese of Melbourne.
