Who is Frank O’Connor?

Frank O’Connor spent 10 years as a managing director with JP

Morgan Chase, assigned to JP Morgan Invest, LLC, the bank’s online

brokerage unit. Previously, Frank joined BrownCo in 1996, preparing

the traditional deep discount firm for entry into the world of high

volume Internet brokerage. Through his guidance, BrownCo became one of

the premiere discount online brokerage platforms in the country,

expanding its margin lending and option trading capabilities and

introducing mutual fund and fixed income instruments to the company’s

roster of products. Frank held several senior management positions at

BrownCo, including CEO, co-president, chief operating officer and

managing director of trading and strategic initiatives.
