Who was Frank Ringo?
Frank C. Ringo was a Major League Baseball catcher. He played all or part of four seasons in the majors, from 1883 until 1886, for five different teams.
Ringo played minor league baseball until his death prior to the 1889 season. Ringo committed suicide via an overdose of morphine on April 12, 1889 at age 28.
