Who was Frederick Parks?
Frederick Mostyn Parks won a bronze medal in Boxing at the 1908 Summer Olympics losing to Sydney Evans in the semi-finals. Frederick Parks, born in 1885, had an older brother Frank who was also a successful amateur boxer and fellow member of the Polytechnic Boxing Club.
