Who was Gong Xinzhan?
Gong Xinzhan was a politician in the end of Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. He was a professional of finance in the Beijing Government, and was regarded a member of the Anhui clique. He also worked as the acting Prime Minister temporarily. His courtesy names were Xianzhou and Xiandan. He was born in Hefei, Anhui.
