Who is Greg Wells?
Gregory De Wayne "Boomer" Wells is a former Major League Baseball player. Wells played for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1981 and for the Minnesota Twins in 1982. He played in 47 career games in two seasons, batting .228 and having 28 hits in 127 at-bats.
Wells also played for the Hankyu Braves, Orix Braves, Orix BlueWave, and Fukuoka Daiei Hawks of Nippon Professional Baseball between 1983-1992.
