Who was Henry Davies?
Henry Gwyn Saunders Davies was a Welsh cricketer. Davies was a right-handed batsman.
Born in Pembroke in 1865, Davies represented Hampshire in a single first-class match in 1883 against Sussex, where he made a scored 42 in Hampshire's first innings and 3 in their second innings.
In March 1921 Henry changed his name to Henry Gwyn Davies-Scourfield.
Davies died in Patching, Sussex on 4 December 1934.
