Joakim Lund Ihlen was a Norwegian industrialist. He was born in Skedsmo, the son of engineer and politician Nils Claus Ihlen. He was co-manager of the workshop Strømmens Værksted for nearly fifty years, along with his brother Alf Ihlen.
