Who is John Montague Stow?
Sir John Montague Stow was a politician from Barbados. He was the last governor of Barbados and served from 8 October 1959 until 29 November 1966. After Barbados gained independence on 30 November 1966, he was appointed as a governor-general and served until 18 May 1967.
