Who was Joseph Pugsley?

Joseph "Joe" Pugsley was a Welsh dual-code international rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s and '10s, playing representative level rugby union for Wales, and at club level for Grange Stars RFC, Cardiff RFC, and London Welsh RFC, as a Hooker, i.e. number 2, and playing representative level rugby league for Wales, and at club level for Salford, as a Hooker, i.e. number 9, during the era of contested scrums.
