Who is Kumud Ben Joshi?
Kumudben Manishankar Joshi was a Governor of Andhra Pradesh from 26 November 1985 to 7 February 1990. She was the Second Women Governor of the state Andhra Pradesh after Sharda Mukherjee. She also became Deputy Minister of Information and Broardcasting and Deputy Minister of Health and Family Welfare.
