Who is Leteipa the King?

Praised to speak the real story though his deep vocals and described as purest musician by his funs, Leteipa the King is an afro-pop artist with a lot of talents that ranges from being a Vocalist, guitarist, composer, Rapper, script writer, artist, and an actor are just but a few of his talents. He was born and raised from Loitokitok and growing in a town with no platform to explore is talents, he got some coaching from his musical mother and choir lessons at Free Pentecostal Fellowship of Kenya Church Loitokitok.

He started singing way back in St. Luke primary school, and perfomed at church occasions. In high school (Itiero boys high school Kisii), he got chance to meet more talented students. He was nicknamed Vampayah which became his musical name after rapping and free styling in school events before recording his first song cute gal in 2012

After high school, he got an opportunity to volunteer in Nigeria, where he got exposure and even recorded a song ' Keep on trying ' alongside UK song bird Becca and Nigerian Rapper Greg.

On coming back to the country he decided to change his genre to something vocal. He changed his name to VampK254 .He was futured in 'Kumekucha' by Mamboleo Mshairi. An educative and poetic piece educating people against FGM. This was an eye opener as he went ahead to release his first single (audio) Nipende Mimi which got positive comments. With advice from few fans he decided to use his Surname Name Leteipa and fans called him King for his good music. This was followed by several singles and collabos i.e. Ndoto ya Mchana, Mwambie, Kwetu ni Ltk featuring Muna Party, Happy Birthday, Dwanzi, Nimeshafika featured by Mikasi, Looser featuring Muna party etc.

With the support of Mamboleo Mshairi, Leteipa the King has been able to produce his first Music Video titled Ndoto ya mchana
