Who was Lindel Tsen?
The Rt. Rev. Philip Lindel Tsen was a Bishop of the Anglican Church in China. Tsen was the first and only Chinese Presiding Bishop of the Chung Hua Sheng Kung Hui before it was formally disbanded in 1949 after the communist revolution in China.
