Who is Lola Yoʻldosheva?
Lola Yoʻldosheva, better known by her stage name Lola, is an Uzbek singer, songwriter and film actress. She became popular in Uzbekistan with her song "Muhabbatim" in 2003. She has recorded songs both in Uzbek and Russian.
Lola came to prominence within the Uzbek film industry with her leading role in the widely popular Uzbek comedy Kelgindi kuyov. Since then she has has acted in several Uzbek movies. In 2003, she starred in the movie Sevinch along with Shahzoda and received positive reviews for her performance both from movie critics and fans.
In 2005, Lola got married and went on an indefinite hiatus, but returned to show business in 2011 with a series of solo concerts.
