Lorraine Higgins is an Irish barrister and Labour Party politician. From Galway, she is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Galway and the King's Inns. She is currently the Labour Party Seanad spokesperson on Reform and Foreign Affairs. She ran as the Labour Party candidate in the Midlands–North-West constituency for the 2014 European Parliament election.
