Who is Owen Williams?
Owen Williams is a Welsh rugby union player. A fly-half, he plays club rugby for the Welsh regional team the Scarlets having previously played for Llanelli RFC. He is a Wales under-20 international. He was developed my Ospreys until from the U-18 team Scarlets signed him. He is set to move to Leicester Tigers at the end of the 2012-2013 season.
