Who is Parashu Pradhan?
Parshu Pradhan, born in 1943 A.D. in Bhojpur, is one of Nepal's leading short story writers. He draws characters in his stories from variety of Nepalese social strata. He portraits them with subtlety and vigor and delves deep into their psyche. Author of more than a dozen of books, his latest published work is Uttarardha. His well acclaimed stories include Dalle Khola, Tokiyoma Sano Buddha, Uttarardha, Chesta, Chesta, Chesta, Ma Tero Logne Hu Nirmala, Tebal Mathiko Aakasbani. Currently he is the chairperson of Bani Prakashan, a major publishing house and a literary circle.
