Who is Paul M. Schwartz?

Professor and author Paul Schwartz is a noted expert in information privacy law. He is the Jefferson E. Peyser Professor at the UC Berkeley School of Law and a Director of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. Among other publications, Schwartz has written Information Privacy Law and Privacy Law Fundamentals, each with Daniel J. Solove.

Paul Schwartz is the recipient of various awards and fellowships from different foundations, including the American Academy in Berlin, the German Marshall Fund in Brussels, Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and Fulbright Foundation.
