Preeti Kaur is a Nepali singer born to Indian Sikh parents in Kathmandu, Nepal. She has won the Shikhar Beat Contest as the best vocalist and also has helped her band win many accolades. She has released several songs with other artists and also as a solo act. She has performed in various events and concerts. She is a huge fan of Mariah Carey and aspires to sing with her one day.

Her first song was Jhan Jhan Badhyo and there has been no stopping her since. She is very popular amongst the Nepalese youth as her songs are a mix of folk classic and pop.
