Sam Swank is an American football placekicker who is currently a free agent. After playing college football for Wake Forest, he was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2009.
He has also been a member of the Cincinnati Bengals, New York Giants, Hartford Colonials, and Jacksonville Jaguars.
