Scott Glenn

Who is Scott Glenn?

Mr. Glenn is the founder and Managing Partner of Windamere Venture Partners. He

currently serves as a director of Avera Pharmaceuticals, GlobalEdge, SkinMedica,

and Somaxon Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Glenn is also the past Chairman

and founder of Prometheus, Santarus, DexCom, SpineWave, Conception Technologies,

and Allergy Free. He was previously Chairman, President, and CEO

of Quidel Corporation and a founder of La Jolla Pharmaceuticals. Mr.

Glenn also held various management positions with Allergan, Inc. Mr.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from

California State University at Fullerton.
