Who is Terry Vaughn?

Terry Vaughn is an American soccer referee who currently resides in Mount Vernon, Iowa. He has been a full international referee for FIFA since 2004.

In 2011 he retired from his position as a full time USSF referee. He also retired from active MLS referees.

He was selected as a referee for the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada, where he refereed two matches, Jordan versus Zambia, and Scotland versus Nigeria.
