Who is Timothy Mulholland?
Timothy Martin Mulholland is an American Brazilian professor. He is a Psychology graduate from Westmont College and obtained Master's and Doctoral degrees in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
His family emigrated to Brazil when he was 2 years old. Mulholland was the rector of the University of Brasília between 2005 and 2008. He had to step down after an administrative improbitity scandal. He was exonerated of all charges by a Federal Judge in Brasília em 2010. The Federal Appeals Court in Brasília upheld his innocence in 2011.
