Who is Tudiya?
Tudiya, or Tudia, is the earliest recorded Assyrian king. According to Georges Roux and the Assyrian King List he would have lived in the latter half of the 25th century BC, somewhere between 2450BC and 2400 BC. Tudiya concluded a treaty with king Ibrium of Ebla for the use of a trading post officially controlled by Ebla which was later conquered by Ibarum's nephew Naram-Sin of Akkad. He was succeeded by Adamu.
