Werner Königshofer, bis 29. März 1999 Franz Werner Königshofer ist ein österreichischer Politiker sowie Finanzberater. Königshofer war von 1994 bis 1999 Mitglied des Bundesrates und von 2008 bis 2011 Abgeordneter zum österreichischen Nationalrat. 2011 wurde er aus der FPÖ ausgeschlossen.
