Who was William F. Schreiber?
William F. Schreiber was an electrical engineer and professor emeritus of MIT. Schreiber had served on the advisory committee of Federal Communications Commission. In March 1969, he founded the imaging systems supplier ECRM. The company was responsible for the design of computer-based color printing system and an optical character recognition machine.
