Who was William Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, Marquess of Titchfield?

William Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, Marquess of Titchfield, was a British Member of Parliament.

Titchfield was the eldest son of William Cavendish-Bentinck, 4th Duke of Portland, and his wife Henrietta. Prime Minister William Cavendish-Bentinck, 3rd Duke of Portland was his grandfather. His younger brothers were William John Cavendish-Bentinck-Scott, 5th Duke of Portland and Lord George Bentinck.

Titchfield was elected to the House of Commons in 1819 as MP for Bletchingley, and held that seat until 1822. He was then elected for King's Lynn in 1822, a seat he held until his death in March 1824, at age 27. He never married.
