William "Bill"/"Billie" Holder was an English rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s and '10s, playing club level rugby union for Gloucester RFC, and playing representative level rugby league for Great Britain, and England, and at club level for Hull, as a Hooker, i.e. number 9, during the era of contested scrums.
